Returns Policy


WHAT can be returned?

Any Products which are damaged or defective, or which are not in accordance with the Customer's order, or which the law provides for, may be returned to B-Sealed within 30 days of receipt by the Customer.

Customer may otherwise return products to B-Sealed and obtain a credit:

  • Except for specially purchased Products or customised Products tailored for the Customer's requirements.
  • Provided that it does so within 30 days of delivery and a return merchandise authorisation is obtained from B-Sealed.
  • Provided that the Products are in their original form, including packaging, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.
  • Products will be sent back at the Customer's own expense and on the basis that risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by B-Sealed
  • B-Sealed will deduct the delivery costs incurred from the amount refunded.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

You have 30 days to return it, providing a RMA return merchandise authorisation is obtained from B-Sealed.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Small items sent by Australia Post can be sent back to our PO Box while large cartons will need to be sent back to our nearest office or warehouse.

SHIPPING for returns?

Products will be sent back at the Customer's own expense and on the basis that risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by B-Sealed.

CREDIT for returns?

Customers are often given a credit to their account.

Instore return option?

Of course you can. Just ask our helpful staff where to drop it off.

Packing materials?

Products must be in their original form, including packaging, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.
