B-Sealed's X-Safe Thermo-mark Heat Resistant Tamper Evident Labels are specially designed security labels for applications where both high security tamper evidence and resistance to elevated temperatures are required. The labels provide a clear visual indication if an attempt is made to remove, disturb or interfere with the label, while maintaining their integrity.

Once applied, the label forms a strong bond with the surface. If removal is attempted, the label activates a highly visible VOID message or tamper pattern, immediately indicating that the label has been disturbed. This provides a simple and effective way to identify unauthorised access, opening or interference.

Unlike standard tamper evident labels, Thermo-Mark labels are designed to withstand exposure to heat, making them suitable for applications where conventional security labels may deteriorate or lose their effectiveness. This makes them particularly useful for equipment, components, packaging and assets that may be exposed to elevated temperatures during operation, storage, transportation or processing.

Thermo-Mark labels can also be customised with serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, logos, text or other identification markings, depending on the application. This allows businesses to combine tamper evidence with asset identification, traceability and authentication.

Adhesive type

TOTAL-TRANSFER - where an adhesive layer with a void message is left behind on the surface to show evidence of tampering. The adhesive layer may be cleaned off on some surfaces to allow reuse of the sealed object. The security label also exhibits the void message to prevent the reuse of the label. By leaving a void message on the surface, recipients will know that the object has been accessed and tampered with.
